I am looking for a homestay or private room starting from September 13.

My budget is around CAD 300 per week. I am interested in staying until the end of November, with the possibility of extending for a longer period if everything works well.

A little about myself:
• 36-year-old female
• Quiet, respectful and responsible
• Non-smoker
• No drugs
• No pets
• Clean and organized
• No parties or overnight guests
• Easy to get along with

I will be living by myself and prefer a peaceful environment.

My ideal accommodation would include:
• A private bedroom
• A private bathroom (preferred)
• Access to a kitchen for light cooking and meal preparation
• Close to public transportation (subway or bus)
• No parking space needed at the moment

I am a newcomer to Canada and will be settling in the Toronto area. I am looking for a safe, comfortable and stable place to stay while I get established.
