A Little About Me 😊
Hello and welcome to Toronto! I'm a cheerful, friendly, young-at-heart woman with an open mind, an old soul and a good sense of humour! I'm outgoing, relaxed and easygoing, and I love meeting people from different cultures, backgrounds and countries.
I'm semi-retired and work from home, writing marketing plans for authors. I also volunteer at my church and a local hospital, which gives me a wonderful opportunity to connect with people and give back to my community.
Nature, mindfulness and laughter are important parts of my life. I enjoy daily walks, listening to birds, watching the seasons change and appreciating life's simple pleasures.
Family values, kindness and respect mean a great deal to me. I love good conversations, sharing stories and having a laugh, but I also understand the importance of privacy and personal space.
I enjoy welcoming international visitors and am always happy to share local knowledge, offer helpful suggestions or enjoy a friendly conversation in English.
My Property 🏡
My home is a spacious, bright, two-level, three-bedroom apartment in a quiet, well-established residential building in Toronto's Don Mills neighbourhood.
It's a comfortable, relaxed home with a welcoming living area, fully equipped kitchen, patio, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and central air conditioning.
I take pride in keeping my home clean, peaceful and inviting. It's a non-smoking home where kindness, consideration and mutual respect are important.
I want everyone who visits to feel comfortable and at ease, whether we're sharing a conversation and a laugh or simply enjoying a little peace and quiet.
My Location 🌳
One of the best things about my neighbourhood is its wonderful combination of nature, convenience and easy access to DowntownToronto.
The beautiful Betty Sutherland Trail is right next to my building! This peaceful ravine trail follows the Don River, with paved walking paths, lovely trees, birds and occasional wildlife. It's one of my favourite places for a daily walk and a little escape from city life.
Getting around Toronto is easy! TTC buses stop just outside the building and connect directly to three subway stations. One bus operates 24 hours a day.
Fairview Mall is approximately a 15-minute walk or five-minute bus ride away. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pubs, drugstores and other everyday conveniences are also nearby. The Shops at Don Mills is just a short bus ride away.
Toronto Pearson Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
My neighbourhood is peaceful and welcoming, yet close to everything you need to enjoy life in Toronto.
