Location, Location: Centrally located in the West & Landsdowne area. Please use google map to locate "M6N 1N9". Close to public transportation: St. Clair West streetcar (2 minutes), buse 41 Keele (10 minutes) and a short distance to subway (10-15 minutes). Close to 2 major subway or metro stops: St. Clair West or Keele subway.
ME: I am a Professional, single lady looking for students to occupy 2 rooms. First option is a quiet private room with double size bed with large window overlooking the backyard. Second option is a shared room with 2 single beds, perfect when friends want to stay together. Both rooms are located on the second floor of a house with a large window. This homestay doesn't offer any meal, you have full access to the kitchen and laundry room.
The entire house is supplied by Wi-Fi. Laundry facility, house has no pets.
YOU: Must be friendly, honest, and you should not smoke (outside only). Mature personality, you must be a clean person and clean your room on a regular basis and be serious about going to school.
Let me know in advance, if you have any allergies, dietary restrictions and/or handicap. For a successful homestay, you must be honest, friendly and able to live and make conversation with all persons in the household.
