Room available in two bedroom downtown at parliament and bloor. Fully furnished , all included , unlimited internet , laundry on site , 2 minute walk from sherbourne station , close to all amenities parking available if needed but will cost extra. George brown college campus a short 10 minute bus ride away. Eaton centre 10 minute subway ride is on a month to month basis as no contract will be required. First and last month rent however is and will need to be provided prior to moving in.

I’m looking for a very clean roommate !! Non smoker , student or professional is fine . No pets , someone respectful personally and of our home and responsible .
