Two spacious, well-lit, and private furnished/unfurnished bedrooms are available for students in the basement of our home. We're located in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood that's easily accessible by the TTC.

Our home is conveniently located close to everything you need! We are near shopping malls (CedarBrae and Scarborough Town Centre), gyms, grocery stores, pharmacies, and more.

It's a quick bus ride to both Centennial Progress Campus and the University of Toronto (Scarborough) Campus.

We value and celebrate diversity! We've enjoyed hosting students from all over the world, including Colombia, Trinidad, Jamaica, Belize, and Nigeria. We love shared cultural experiences and strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone.

We kindly ask for no smoking, drugs, partying, or excessive noise.

The host works from home, so a respectful and quiet environment is important.
